A Dog's Life

Here is your chance to own a piece of “A Dog’s Life” original art! Highly coveted by birds for nesting, original comics are a one of a kind treasure for any household.

Early comics were hand drawn and lettered on 70lb Canson drawing paper with Prismacolor premier archival quality pens. *As of 3/13/11, comics are drawn on 96lb Canson bristol board with non photo blue pencil and Sakura Pigma Micron pens. This is some high quality stuff, here, folks!* Some will show missed or over drawn lines, unerased pencil marks, and the dialogue in my own semi-readable handwriting! Some will have eraser dust not quite brushed off! Some will look exactly as they are on the website, which means they were drawn before I had a beer that evening! Some may even come with your very own piece of my dog…i.e. Hunter or Gillian hair. If you’re a dog owner, you know that stuff gets everywhere.

Sizes range from 4″x10″ up to a gargantuan 11″x28″. They all look great in frames. Frames are not included.

Every purchase will also include an original sketch! It will be on 8.5″x11″ card stock, and will most likely be of Hunter or Gillian unless you would like something specific. I’ll even sketch your dog if you email a photo! You can make sketch requests in the instructions to seller section when you check out. Superheroes as dogs are one of my favorite things to draw!
